مشمول — ليس فاتورة زيادة
في السوق من يبيع تتبع الباص للأسرة مباشرة باشتراك شهري منفصل. نحن لا نفعل ذلك ولن نفعله.
- النقل مجاني السنة الأولى مع اشتراك مدرستك.
- بعدها يُسعَّر لكل باص نشط في الشهر، لا لكل أسرة ولا لكل طالب.
- الأسعار المعتمدة منشورة في صفحة الأسعار بعملة كل سوق.
حين يُباع التتبع للأسرة، يصبح ولاء المزود للأسرة لا لمدرستك، وتصلك الشكوى بلا صلاحية على النظام.
تتبع الرحلة جزء من اشتراك مدرستك — لا حساب منفصل لكل أسرة.

ما لا نعد به
نكتبها هنا لأن هذه الوحدة تحديداً يُبالغ فيها كثيراً.
- لا نعرض وقت وصول متوقعاً دقيقاً. نعرض الموقع اللحظي وإشعار الاقتراب؛ الوقت المتوقع في مدينة مزدحمة رقم يوقعك في وعد لا تملكه.
- لا نبيع أجهزة تتبع GPS مثبتة في المركبة. التتبع من تطبيق السائق.
- لا نربط حضور الباص بسجل الحضور المدرسي تلقائياً. هذا قادم ولا يُعرض كحاضر.
- لا يُعرض رقم السائق ولا صورته لولي الأمر بقرار خصوصية؛ هويته موثقة لدى مدرستك ومؤكدة قبل أي رحلة.

- Open the map and see the bus live during an active trip, with no more than three seconds of delay.
- An approach notice before the bus reaches the stop, plus boarding and exit notices at the stop.
- An SOS button in the app reaches school administration and the safety line directly.
For the driver: works without a connection and carries only what they need
- The trip route and stops are on the device without a need for constant connectivity.
- The driver sees only the first name and stop: no full name, home address, parent number, or photograph.
- Trip data is removed from the device as soon as it ends.
- A delay or disruption notice reaches administration and route parents with one action.

Included — not an extra bill
Some in the market sell bus tracking directly to a family as a separate monthly subscription. We do not, and will not.
- Transport is free in the first year with your school subscription.
- After that, it is priced per active bus each month — not per family and not per student.
- Accepted prices are published on the pricing page in every market’s currency.
The difference is not only price: when tracking is sold to a family, the provider’s loyalty is to the family rather than your school, and you receive the complaint without authority over the system.

Our limits are written down
What we do not promise
We write these down because this module is often overstated.
- We do not show a precise estimated arrival time. We show live location and an approach notice; an ETA in a congested city is a promise you cannot control.
- We do not sell GPS hardware fixed in the vehicle. Tracking comes from the driver app.
- We do not link bus attendance to the school attendance record automatically. This is coming and is not presented as available.
- The driver’s number and photograph are not shown to parents as a privacy decision; their identity is verified by your school before every trip.

- The module is presented first as transport organisation: routes, stops, families, a trip record, and a digital follow-up book for the bus — with live tracking on top when the network allows.
- Live tracking needs connectivity on the driver’s device. When it drops, the route, stops, and trip record remain on it and the trip reaches the system when connectivity returns.
- No fixed prices are published — request a quote.
- Cities: Khartoum, Omdurman, Bahri, Port Sudan, Atbara, Wad Madani, and Kassala.
Bahrain
- Trip records and licence reminders are part of the operational-compliance file reviewed by authorities.
- The approved message: live tracking during the trip — resilient when connectivity drops.
- Electronic payments in Bahrain are coming soon — for now, documented bank transfer.
