جمعنا هنا الأسئلة الصعبة — تلك التي تُسأل في آخر خمس دقائق من الاجتماع، وتقرر الصفقة. أجبنا عنها مكتوبةً، قبل أن تسألها.
أولاً
بيانات مدرستك لا تُمس حتى لو توقفت عن الدفع.
لا انتحال هوية لمشرفي المنصة إطلاقاً، وكل قراءة بيانات شخصية مسجلة.
ثانياً
المعلم وولي الأمر والطالب لا يفتحون ERPNext أبداً — تجربة تطبيق واحدة نظيفة. إدارة المدرسة فقط تفتح لوحة الإدارة.
سجل الحضور يُقفل بعد 24 ساعة. وأي تعديل بعدها يمر كطلب اعتماد موثّق باسم صاحبه ووقته.
درجاتك تبقى مسودة خاصة بك حتى لحظة الاعتماد — ثم تصل ولي الأمر فوراً.
ثالثاً — السؤال الأصعب
هل سيدرّس معلمو مدرستي خصوصياً؟
نجيب عنه بصراحة لأنه يُسأل في كل اجتماع.
المنصة فيها سوق للدروس المستقلة. ومعلمك قد يكون فيه، كما قد يكون اليوم في مجموعة واتساب أو في سنتر. الجديد ليس أن يدرّس، بل ما نضبطه نحن.
العمل المستقل للمعلم شأن يخصّه، ولا تُعرض جهة عمله في السوق. وللمدرسة أن تطلب سياسة موثّقة تنظّم ذلك — لا تسري بأثر رجعي.
ولماذا لا نمنع الأمر كلياً؟ لأننا لا نستطيع منع ما يحدث خارج المنصة أصلاً، ولا يصدق من يدّعي ذلك. ما نستطيعه: ألّا نستخدم اسم مدرستك في تسويق أحد، وألّا نجعل انتسابه إليها ميزة تنافسية له، وأن نعطيك أداة سياسة موثقة.
ماذا يعني هذا عملياً

لا يظهر اسم مدرستك في ملف أي معلم في السوق. لا اسمها ولا شعارها ولا انتسابه إليها. ولا يُستخدم انتساب أي معلم لمدرسة في تسويقنا أو تمييزه في نتائج البحث. هذا قيد تقني في المنتج، لا سياسة تحريرية.

لا يستطيع ولي الأمر البحث عن «معلم ابني في المدرسة الفلانية». هذا البحث غير مُتاح أصلاً. والبحث المتاح: بالمادة والمرحلة، أو عبر كود دعوة لمجموعة خاصة.

لك أن تطلب سياسة موثقة تنظّم عمل معلميك المستقل. تُنفَّذ كبند حوكمة في تعاقدك معنا. ولها شرط منشور واحد: لا تسري بأثر رجعي على ارتباطات قائمة قبل طلبها.

- الالتزام والتحصيل«هنقدر نلتزم بسقف الرفع الحكومي على المصروفات ونحسّن التحصيل؟» خطة المصاريف بأقساط تحددها المدرسة ليست منتجاً مالياً.
السعودية
- الفاتورة الإلكترونية«هل الفاتورة الإلكترونية مشمولة؟» — نعم، بلا رسوم إضافية وبلا إدخال مزدوج.
- مكان البياناتلا ندّعي إقامة محلية للبيانات ولن نقولها قبل أن تصبح صحيحة؛ ونعرض بدلاً منها ما نلتزم به ويمكن إثباته.
- المصطلحيُستخدم تعبير «حصص التقوية» في نص السؤال، مع الإبقاء على الصياغة المعتمدة كاملة في الجواب.
السودان

Before you sign
The questions every school principal asks before signing
We collected the difficult questions — the ones raised in the last five minutes of a meeting that decide the deal. We have answered them in writing, before you ask.
First
Your school data is untouched even if you stop paying.
Platform administrators never impersonate users, and every reading of personal data is logged.
Second
Teachers, parents, and students never open ERPNext — one clean app experience. Only school administration opens the control panel.
Attendance closes after 24 hours. Any later change goes through a documented approval request with its author and time.
Grades stay private drafts until you approve them — then they reach the parent immediately.
Third — the hardest question
Will my school’s teachers offer private lessons?
We answer this directly because it is asked in every meeting.
The platform includes an independent-tutoring market. Your teacher may be there, just as they may be in a WhatsApp group or a centre today. The new part is not that they teach; it is what we control.
A teacher’s independent work is their own matter, and their employer is not shown in the market. A school may request a documented policy to govern it — it never applies retroactively.
Why not prevent it altogether? We cannot prevent what happens outside the platform, and anyone who claims to can’t be trusted. What we can do is avoid using your school’s name to market anyone, avoid making their affiliation a competitive advantage, and give you a documented policy tool.
What this means in practice

Your school’s name never appears in any teacher’s market profile. Neither its name, logo, nor affiliation. A teacher’s school affiliation is never used in our marketing or search ranking. This is a technical product constraint, not an editorial policy.

A parent cannot search for ‘my child’s teacher at this school’. That search is not available at all. Available search is by subject and stage, or through an invitation code for a private group.

You can request a documented policy for your independent teachers. It is implemented as a governance term in your agreement with us. It has one published condition: it does not apply retroactively to relationships that existed before the request.

- Records‘If devices are lost or the school moves, are the records lost?’ — backups are away from the building and access is cancelled immediately from the school panel.
- Transfers‘How do transfers work?’ — from the same record, without rewriting the follow-up book.
- Collection‘How is cash collection recorded?’ — with a numbered receipt and immediate entry; recording an amount needs a connection.
- PriceNo fixed figures: a written quote in Sudanese pounds, and the first 20 schools free for 12 months.
Bahrain
- BQA reports‘Can reports be issued in a format suitable for BQA review?’ — yes, directly from attendance, grade, collection, and approval records.
- Legal basisIt is defined and disclosed before collecting any student data, through a written processing agreement.
- Languages‘Does the system work in Arabic and English together?’ — yes, and every user chooses their language.
