  • نعالج بيانات طلابك وأولياء أمورك ومعلميك بتعليماتك ولأغراض الخدمة فقط.
  • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين ولا نستخدمها لتنميط أحد.
  • لا نستخدم بيانات مدرستك لتسويق أي منتج لك أو لغيرك.

العزل

موقع وقاعدة بيانات مستقلان لكل مدرسة

معظم الأنظمة تضع المدارس في قاعدة بيانات واحدة وتفصل بينها بعمود في كل جدول. خطأ واحد في استعلام واحد قد يكفي لتسريب بيانات مدرسة إلى أخرى.

نحن لا نفعل ذلك. لكل مدرسة موقعها وقاعدة بياناتها المستقلان. لا جدول مشترك، ولا عمود يفصل بينك وبين غيرك. العزل بنيوي لا منطقي.

لا يوجد استعلام خاطئ يمكن أن يُظهر بيانات مدرستك لمدرسة أخرى، لأن البيانات ليست في المكان نفسه أصلاً.

من يستطيع الرؤية — وماذا يُسجَّل

  • لا يستطيع أي موظف لدينا الدخول بحساب أحد من فريقك أو رؤية النظام بعينه. هذه الوظيفة غير موجودة في المنتج.
  • كل قراءة لبيانات شخصية تُسجَّل: من قرأ، وماذا، ومتى.
  • الوصول للدعم بإذن موثق منك ولمدة محددة وينتهي تلقائياً.
  • داخل مدرستك، أنت من يحدد من يرى ماذا: صلاحيات بالدور والمرحلة والصف.

حماية القاصرين: امتثال مبني في المنتج

  • موافقة ولي الأمر شرط بنيوي لا خطوة إدارية: لا يُسجَّل قاصر ولا يُدفع عنه ولا يُراسل معلماً خارج مدرسته إلا بموافقة ولي أمره الموثق. لا يدفع قاصر بنفسه.
  • سجل موافقات بإصدارات: كل موافقة محفوظة بنسخة السياسة وتاريخها، وأي تغيير جوهري يستدعي إعادة موافقة.
  • لا تنميط ولا إعلانات موجهة للقاصرين، ولا بيانات شخصية في إشعارات شاشة القفل.
  • لا تسجيل افتراضي لأي جلسة يشارك فيها قاصر، ولا انتساب مدرسي في أي مساحة عامة.

إن حدث خطأ: إخطار خلال 72 ساعة

  • إخطارك بأي خرق يمس بيانات مدرستك خلال 72 ساعة من علمنا به: ما حدث، والبيانات المتأثرة، وما فعلناه، وما نوصيك به.
  • مسؤول حماية بيانات معيّن ومنشورة بياناته — تصل إليه مباشرة بلا وسيط.
  • نسخ احتياطية بجدول معلن وأزمنة استرداد متمرّن عليها.

لا انتحال هوية لمشرفي المنصة إطلاقاً، وكل قراءة PII مسجلة.

الامتثال مبني في المنتج، لا مسؤولية تُلقى عليك.

بياناتك تخرج معك

هذا هو السؤال الذي يوقف كثيراً من الصفقات، ونجيب عنه قبل التوقيع.

  • تصدير بيانات مدرستك خلال ≤30 يوماً بطلب موثق من إدارتك.
  • بيانات مدرستك لا تُمس حتى لو توقفت عن الدفع: لا حذف ولا حجب ولا مساومة ببيانات طلابك. الاشتراك يُعلّق والبيانات تبقى.
  • التصدير بصيغ قابلة للقراءة والاستيراد، لا صور شاشة ولا ملف مغلق.

Ownership

Your data belongs to your school

  • Your school is the data controller. We are the processor.
  • We process student, parent, and teacher data only on your instructions and for the service.
  • We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile anyone.
  • We do not use your school data to market a product to you or anyone else.

This is written into your agreement, not only a marketing page.

Isolation

An independent site and database for every school

Most systems put every school in one database and separate them by a column in every table. One mistake in one query can be enough to expose one school’s data to another.

We do not do that. Every school has its own site and independent database. There is no shared table or column separating you from another school. Isolation is structural, not logical.

No incorrect query can show your school data to another school, because the data is not stored in the same place in the first place.

Who can see data — and what is recorded

  • No one on our team can enter through a member of your team’s account or see the system through their eyes. That function does not exist in the product.
  • Every reading of personal data is recorded: who read it, what, and when.
  • Support access needs documented permission from you, lasts for a defined time, and ends automatically.
  • Inside your school, you decide who sees what through permissions by role, stage, and class.

Protection of minors: compliance built into the product

  • Parental consent is a structural condition, not an administrative step: no minor is registered, paid for, or connected with a teacher outside their school without documented parent consent. A minor does not pay for themselves.
  • A versioned consent record stores every consent with its policy version and date. A material policy change requires consent again.
  • No profiling or advertising targeted at minors, and no personal data in lock-screen notifications.
  • No session involving a minor is recorded by default, and no school affiliation appears in public spaces.

If something goes wrong: notice within 72 hours

  • We notify you of any breach affecting your school data within 72 hours of becoming aware of it: what happened, what data was affected, what we did, and what we recommend.
  • A named data-protection officer has published contact details and can be reached directly.
  • Backups follow a published schedule with practised recovery times.

Platform administrators never impersonate users, and every PII reading is recorded.

Compliance is built into the product, not a responsibility handed to you.

Exit

Your data leaves with you

This is the question that stops many deals, and we answer it before signing.

  • Your school data is exported within ≤30 days of a documented request from your administration.
  • Your school data is untouched even if you stop paying: no deletion, no withholding, and no bargaining with student data. The subscription is paused and the data remains.
  • Exports are readable and importable formats, not screenshots or a closed file.

  • We do not claim local data residency for your school data in your country. Our current operating infrastructure does not allow that claim, and we will not make it before it is true.
  • We do not claim approval from any ministry or government body.
  • We do not claim international compliance certifications we have not obtained.
  • We do not run commercial tracking tools or ad pixels in user areas. Cookies are functional only.

Who owns our data and where is it held?

The data belongs to your school. You are the controller and we are the processor, working only on your instructions and for the service. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile anyone.

Can someone sign in as a principal and see everything?

No. Platform-administrator impersonation does not exist in the product. Every reading of personal data is recorded: who read it, what, and when. Support access requires documented permission and expires automatically.

How is our school data isolated from others?

Isolation is structural, not logical: every school has its own site and independent database — no shared table and no column separating schools. One school’s record cannot appear to another because it is not stored in the same place.

If we stop paying, is the data deleted?

No. The subscription is paused and the data stays. A complete export can be requested within ≤30 days by documented request, in readable and importable formats.

What if devices are lost or the school moves?

Backups are away from the school building and the record can be restored even if every device is lost. For a lost staff device, access is cancelled immediately from the school panel.
