1Create your school: ≤30 minutes
We create your school’s independent site and database — not a row under your name in a table shared with other schools. We then configure your school structure, term and calendar, fee plans, roles, and permissions.
A real system ready to receive your data, not an empty trial account.
2Import your data: 500 rows in ≤2 minutes
Upload your existing files as they are. The template is simple and the import shows what it understood before saving anything, so you correct before approval, not after. Registering 200 students takes ≤60 seconds, and a pre-check shows missing rows and duplicates.
Import covers students, parents, and classes. Teacher records are created inside the system in minutes during the same implementation session. Complex historical archives from previous years are a separate scope discussed before signing.
3Your team enters: one invitation per person
Nobody on your team signs themselves up, and passwords are not shared in a WhatsApp group. Teachers, parents, and students receive an invitation link from your school by SMS; it is valid for 7 days and can be resent from the school panel.
Phone and verification-code sign-in takes ≤60 seconds, without email. A parent opens one app for all their children.
4Training: two hours for administration, nothing for teachers
A teacher opens an app with three buttons: attendance, grades, and timetable. They do not need training on an accounting system or a forty-page user manual.
Administration training is a practical session on your data: student affairs, approvals, finance, and reports. Short recordings remain for anyone who joins the team later.
5The first digital school day
We choose a specific day with you and stay with you: teachers take attendance in the morning, the first absence notices reach parents at midday, and the first daily financial reconciliation runs at the end of the day.
At the end of the week: a thirty-minute review of what held you up and what we adjust.
Teachers, parents, and students never open ERPNext — one clean app experience. Only school administration opens the control panel.
