Three walls of trust

We start with what matters to you.

First: your risk is zero. Pay at the meeting; the booking is recorded, price fixed, and cancellation rules written before you book. If the tutor misses the lesson, you receive a full return and they receive a recorded warning.

Second: verification. Every tutor you see has verified their identity with an official document; a profile under review is not shown in results. Third: ratings only come from completed sessions, and there is no paid ordering in search results.

Online lessons

A closed room, with no default recording.

A room is closed to the tutor and learner only, with no default recording. Communication belongs to an existing booking, and a minor does not message a tutor without your approval.

Each tutor sets their own price and it appears on their card before you open it. You see the price, lesson duration, and cancellation window, then decide. The price shown at booking is the one that applies.

Terms include centre, final revision, term, and online tutor. Payment includes card, mobile wallets, instant bank payment, post-office branches, and pay at the meeting.

Saudi Arabia

Tutoring is used in headings, with a dedicated visible path for female tutors. Aptitude and achievement lessons are a distinct search subject.

Sudan

Bank transfer or Bankak with proof upload, plus pay at the meeting. Sudanese Certificate and Basic Certificate support, including online tutors for Sudanese families.

Bahrain

Fully bilingual, with IGCSE, IB, and CBSE support alongside the Bahraini curriculum. Pay at the meeting only before local payment arrangements are complete.

How is a lesson priced? Is the price fixed?

The price is written on the tutor card, and the price you see when booking is the one that applies.

What if the tutor does not come?

If it drops mid-lesson, it is not counted complete and you agree another time under the written rules.
