مدير المدرسة لا يجلس أمام شاشة. هو في الممر، وفي اجتماع، وفي الطابور الصباحي. والقرارات تنتظره على مكتب لا يصله إلا آخر اليوم، فيتأخر صرف ويتعطل قبول ويقف تعديل درجة لأسبوع.

ما هو مبني ويعمل
كل ما ينتظر قرارك في مكان واحد: تعديل سجل حضور بعد إقفاله، طلب قبول، خصم على الرسوم، صرف، أو تعديل بيانات طالب. يظهر كل طلب بسياقه: من طلبه ومتى ولماذا وما الذي سيتغير. تعتمد أو ترفض بثلاث لمسات مع سبب عند الرفض. يعمل الصندوق بلا اتصال؛ ينفذ القرار عند عودة الاتصال باسمك ووقت قرارك، لا وقت المزامنة.
الأرقام التي تسأل عنها كل يوم أمامك حين تفتح التطبيق: الحضور اليوم بحسب المرحلة والصف، والتحصيل من محصل ومستحق ومتأخر، والقبول من طلبات جديدة وقيد المراجعة وقائمة انتظار، وما ينتظر قرارك وعدد الطلبات المعلقة وأقدمها.
يفتح التطبيق على مدرستك فقط: موقعها وقاعدة بياناتها المستقلان. لا قائمة تبديل بين المدارس ولا احتمال أن يظهر رقم مدرسة أخرى. حتى لو أدرت أكثر من مدرسة، فكل مدرسة كيان مستقل ببياناته؛ العزل مبدأ معماري لا خيار إعداد.
تفوّض صلاحية الاعتماد لنائبك بمدة محددة تنتهي وحدها. تختار ماذا يعتمد وإلى متى، ولا يحتاج التفويض إلى إلغاء يدوي. كل قرار اتخذه النائب مسجل باسمه وبأنه تم بتفويض منك.
كل اعتماد ورفض وتفويض مسجل: من، ومتى، ومن أي جهاز، وبأي سبب. السجل إلحاقي؛ لا يحذف ولا يعدل، ويستخرج كتقرير عند أي مراجعة أو نزاع.
حقيقة واحدة، منفعتان
سجل الحضور يقفل بعد 24 ساعة. وأي تعديل بعدها يمر كطلب اعتماد موثق باسم صاحبه ووقته. منفعتك: فلا تعديل صامت على سجل رسمي.
درجاتك تبقى مسودة خاصة بك حتى لحظة الاعتماد، ثم تصل ولي الأمر فوراً. منفعتك: لا رقم يخرج من مدرستك قبل أن تعتمده.

أمثلة الاعتمادات: تعديل حضور بعد الإقفال، خصم على المصاريف، طلب قبول، صرف نثرية، وتعديل بيانات طالب من شئون الطلبة. اللحظة الأهم: اعتماد نتيجة الترم قبل ما توصل أولياء الأمور.
الاعتماد لا يتوقف عند انقطاع الشبكة. التفويض بمدة منتهية أداة حوكمة داخلية موثقة، وسجل التدقيق قابل للاستخراج للمراجعة الداخلية. المفردات: جوال، الرسوم، والفصل الدراسي.
الفائدة الأولى ليست السرعة بل ألا يتوقف القرار: المدير خارج المدرسة أو الشبكة مقطوعة أو الكهرباء غير متاحة في المبنى، والاعتماد يمشي. قرارك يتسجل باسمك ووقتك أنت، لا وقت رجوع الشبكة.
البطل هنا سجل التدقيق والتفويض المنتهي، لا سرعة الاعتماد. تقارير الاعتمادات والتفويضات قابلة للاستخراج لمراجعة BQA والمراجع الداخلي، مع استمرار الاعتمادات عند انقطاع الاتصال.

Built and working
Everything awaiting your decision is in one place: a post-close attendance edit, admission request, fee discount, disbursement, or student-data change. Each request includes who asked, when, why, and what changes. Approve or decline in three taps with a reason on decline. The inbox works offline; the decision executes when connectivity returns under your name and decision time, not sync time.
The numbers you ask about daily are visible when the app opens: attendance by phase and grade, collections due and overdue, new and in-review admissions and waitlist, plus the number and age of requests awaiting your decision.
The app opens only your school: its own site and independent database. There is no school switcher and no possibility of seeing another school’s number. Even if you manage multiple schools, each is an independent entity with its own data; isolation is an architectural principle, not a setting.
Delegate approval authority to your deputy for a fixed period that ends on its own. You choose what they may approve and until when; it needs no manual cancellation. Every deputy decision records their name and that it was delegated by you.
Every approval, rejection, and delegation records who, when, which device, and why. The record is append-only: it is not deleted or edited, and can be exported as a report for any review or dispute.
One truth, two benefits
The attendance record closes after 24 hours. Any later edit becomes a documented approval request with its owner and time. Your benefit: no silent edit to an official record.
Grades remain private drafts until approval, then reach the parent immediately. Your benefit: no number leaves your school before you approve it.

The first benefit is not speed but keeping decisions moving: the principal may be outside school, connectivity may be down, or power may be unavailable. Your decision is recorded under your name and decision time, not when the network returns.
The audit record and expiring delegation are the heroes here, not approval speed. Approval and delegation reports can be exported for BQA and internal-auditor review, while approvals continue when connectivity drops.
