موسم التسجيل هو أكثر أسابيع السنة إرهاقاً لمكتبك: ملفات ورقية، مستندات ناقصة، مكالمات وصل طلبي، وقائمة انتظار مكتوبة بقلم رصاص لا يجرؤ أحد على شرحها لأسرة.
في المدرسة يتحول الموسم كله إلى مسار واحد: الأسرة تقدم من هاتفها بمستنداتها، والطلب يصل داخل نظام مدرستك بمرفقاته، وأنت تراجع وتقرر في مكانك المعتاد.
القاعدة الحاكمة — منشورة لولي الأمر ولك
قرار القبول قرار المدرسة داخل نظامها — المنصة تنقل وتُخطر ولا تقرر، وبيانات طفلك لا تذهب إلا للمدرسة التي اخترتها.

نموذج تقديم تضبط حقوله أنت: البيانات، الصف المطلوب، الأخوة في المدرسة، وأي حقل خاص بمدرستك. ترفع الأسرة المستندات من كاميرا الهاتف، ويُنبهها الفحص التحذيري إن كانت الصورة غير واضحة أو ناقصة، من دون أن يرفض الطلب. الأسرة ترى ما أرسلته وما ينقصها.
لا يصلك الطلب بريداً إلكترونياً ولا رسالة تُنسخ يدوياً. المراجعة تتم داخل نظام مدرستك نفسه، والمستندات مرفقة بالملف، وكل خطوة مسجلة: من فتح الطلب، ومن غيّر حالته، ومتى. توزّع الطلبات على موظفيك بالصلاحيات التي تحددها.
الشفافية هنا ليست فضيلة، بل توفير في مكالمات مكتبك. يرى ولي الأمر: ترتيبك اليوم: N — يتقدّم عند قبول أو انسحاب طلب أمامك. لا وعد بإشعار ترقية تلقائي، ولا رقم يتحرك بلا سبب مفهوم.
كل تغيير في الحالة يصل الأسرة في تطبيقها: مستلم، قيد المراجعة، مستندات ناقصة، قائمة انتظار، مقبول، أو معتذر. فيتوقف موظف عن الإجابة على السؤال نفسه مئات المرات.
يتحول المتقدم إلى طالب في سجلاتك بلا إعادة إدخال، وتُمنح الأسرة عضويتها في مدرستك، وتنتقل المستندات إلى ملف الطالب الدائم، ويدخل الطالب في خطة رسوم صفه ويصبح جاهزاً للشعبة والجدول من اليوم الأول.
ما لا نعد به
لا بوابة تحرير ذاتية لملف مدرستك في الدليل اليوم. فريقنا يبني ملفك ويحدّثه بطلبك. لا نعد بإشعار ترقية تلقائي في قائمة الانتظار، ولا نقرر عنك ولا نرشح. فحص المستندات تحذيري، والقرار قرارك.

شئون الطلبة هي صاحبة شاشة المراجعة، والمصاريف تُذكر عند تحويل المقبول إلى طالب. الذروة من أغسطس حتى منتصف سبتمبر، وموجة ثانية في يناير. الأسرة تقدم من الموبايل وتتابع من الموبايل.

تتقدم الأسرة من مكانها بمستنداتها المصورة بلا سفر، ويُسلّم الأصل عند القبول في المدرسة. المقبول القادم من مدرسة أخرى يدخل مباشرة في كشف الترحيل لصفه. التواريخ حسب إعلان وزارة التربية بالولاية، ولا مواسم ثابتة منشورة.
لا يوجد اليوم مسار تقديم إلكتروني موحد للمدارس الخاصة؛ تستطيع مدرستك أن تكون أول من يفتح الباب من الهاتف. المناهج المتعددة حقول في النموذج، وسجل الطلبات والقرارات قابل للاستخراج لمراجعة BQA.

Admissions season
Admissions season is one of the hardest weeks for your office: paper files, missing documents, calls asking whether an application arrived, and a pencil-written waitlist no one wants to explain to a family.
With Madrasa, the whole season becomes one route: a family applies from its phone with documents, the application arrives in your school system with its attachments, and you review and decide where you already work.
The governing rule — published for parents and for you
Admission is decided by the school in its own system — the platform transfers and notifies but does not decide, and a child’s data goes only to the school their family selected.
We do not recommend, rank, sell priority in the admissions queue, or pass an applicant’s data to another school.The complete route
You define the form fields: details, requested grade, siblings at the school, and any school-specific field. Families upload documents from the phone camera, and a warning check flags an unclear or missing file without rejecting the application. They can see what they sent and what remains.
It does not arrive as an email or a message to copy by hand. Review happens in your school system; documents stay with the record, every action is logged, and you assign applications to staff using the permissions you define.
Transparency here is not a virtue exercise; it saves your office calls. A parent sees: Your position today: N — it advances when an application ahead is accepted or withdrawn. There is no promise of an automatic promotion notification and no unexplained number.
Every status change reaches the family in the app: received, under review, missing documents, waitlist, accepted, or declined. Staff no longer need to answer the same question hundreds of times.
The applicant becomes a student in your records without re-entry. The family receives membership in your school, documents move to the permanent student file, and the student enters the grade’s fee plan ready for class and timetable from day one.
What we do not promise
There is no self-service editing of your school profile in the directory today. Our team builds it and updates it at your request. We do not promise automatic waitlist promotion notifications, decide for you, or recommend applicants. Document checks warn; you decide.
Country differences
Choose your school’s market to show the admission seasons, language, and pathways specific to it.
Student affairs owns the review screen, and fees are stated when an accepted applicant becomes a student. The peak runs from August to mid-September, with a second wave in January. Families apply and follow up from their phones.
We add an understandable waitlist, document intake within the application, and an indexed school profile families can find in search. We do not compete with or replace government platforms. The season is before the school year, in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars.
Families can apply from where they are with photographed documents, while originals are delivered on acceptance. An accepted transfer student goes straight into the transfer list for their grade. Dates follow the education-ministry announcement in each state.
There is no unified electronic-application path for private schools today; your school can be the first to open the door from a phone. Multiple curricula are form fields, and the application and decision record can be exported for BQA review.
