فوقه لا تزيد فاتورتك مهما زاد عدد طلابك. تحصل على مرونة لكل طالب وطمأنينة السعر الثابت معاً.
والسعر يشمل كل الوحدات. لا وحدة أساسية وسبع إضافات: يومك المدرسي، ومالك، والقبول، والدليل — كلها في الاشتراك نفسه.

إن تأخر السداد يُعلّق الاشتراك ولا تُمس بياناتك: لا حذف ولا حجب ولا مساومة ببيانات طلابك. ويبقى حقك في التصدير خلال ≤30 يوماً بطلب موثق قائماً.
لا تعليق أثناء الامتحانات
هناك نافذة معلنة حول أيام الامتحانات لا يُعلّق فيها أي اشتراك مهما كانت حالة السداد.
لا ترتيب مدفوع في الدليل
لا يمكنك شراء ترتيب ولا يمكن لمنافسك شراؤه.
لا معلومة سلامة خلف جدار دفع

- لا ننشر أسعاراً ثابتة في السودان. تقلّب قيمة الجنيه يجعل أي رقم منشور اليوم مضللاً بعد شهور، ونحن لا ننشر رقماً لا نستطيع الالتزام به.
- عرض سعر مكتوب بالجنيه، محدد المدة، تعرفه كاملاً قبل التوقيع.
- فوترة ربع سنوية مقدماً، لا التزام سنوي طويل، وبند مراجعة سعرية ربع سنوية معلن في العقد.
- أول 20 مدرسة سودانية: النظام مجاناً 12 شهراً كاملة مقابل دراسة حالة موثقة بالاسم.
- النقل مجاني السنة الأولى، ثم يُسعَّر لكل باص نشط في الشهر ضمن عرض السعر نفسه.
- التحصيل منا نقداً أو بتحويل بنكي موثق.

حين تشتري أسر مدرستك مستلزماتها عبر المنصة، تُخصم 20% من صافي عمولتنا من فاتورة اشتراك مدرستك — بسقف 30% من قيمة الفاتورة.
قوائم المستلزمات المرتبطة بصفوف مدرستك قادمة، والمشاركة تبدأ بتفعيلها. نكتب هذا هنا لأننا نفضّل أن تعرفه الآن لا بعد التوقيع.

- البرنامج مجاني، والتشغيل ليس كذلك: خادم ونسخ احتياطية وتحديثات وتوفر ودعم بالعربية.

The logic
Per active student, with a minimum and a ceiling
For every active student each month
You pay for students who are actually there, not capacity you bought and did not use. A student who leaves is not charged in the following month.
A minimum for each tier
It keeps the service viable for a very small school without forcing us to refuse it.
A ceiling for each tier
Above it, your invoice does not rise however many students you add. You get the flexibility of per-student pricing and the reassurance of a fixed price.
The price includes every module. There is no basic module plus seven add-ons: your school day, money, admissions, and directory are all in the same subscription.

The trial: 45 days without a card
- 45 full days without a card or commitment.
- Extended to cover the start of the next school term, because trying a school system mid-term tells you nothing.
- The whole system is included in the trial, not a reduced version.
- If you choose not to continue, your data is exported and leaves with you.

What does not change if the price changes
Your school data is untouched when the subscription is paused
If payment is late, the subscription is paused and your data remains untouched: no deletion, no withholding, and no bargaining with student data. Your export right within ≤30 days by documented request remains.
No suspension during exams
There is a published window around exam days when no subscription is paused, whatever the payment status.
No paid directory ranking
You cannot buy ranking and neither can a competitor.
No safety information behind a paywall
Bus location, absence notice, emergency button, and child-safety line are never withheld from a family because of an account or arrears.

- Billing follows the fee-collection cycle in September and January, rather than monthly — so you do not pay in a month when you are not collecting.

Sudan — no published figures
- We do not publish fixed prices in Sudan. Fluctuations in the Sudanese pound make a number published today misleading after a few months, and we do not publish a number we cannot honour.
- A written quote in Sudanese pounds, valid for a stated period, is fully known before signing.
- Quarterly billing in advance, no long annual commitment, and a quarterly price-review clause published in the contract.
- The first 20 Sudanese schools receive the system free for 12 full months in return for a named case study.
- Transport is free in the first year, then priced per active bus each month in the same quote.
- We collect by cash or documented bank transfer.

When your school’s families buy supplies through the platform, 20% of our net commission is deducted from your school-subscription invoice — capped at 30% of the invoice value.
School-supply lists linked to your grades are coming, and sharing begins when they are enabled. We write this here because we prefer you to know now, not after signing.

Why not install a free system?
- Software can be free; operating it is not: servers, backups, updates, availability, and Arabic support.
- It does not give you a parent app that works without a connection or a live bus on the map.
- It does not give you a directory that brings students.
- It does not share revenue; it only consumes budget.
- Your data stays untouched with us if you stop — a written contractual commitment.
